We will never come back here. We specifically booked for the rooftop deck. They booked it for a private party on a Fiday night and had the music blasting all night. The rooms need a major refresh. The one and only good thing about this is the bartenders. $3000 for 4 nights and we couldn't use the amenities. The front desk staff is inadequate at best. Steer clear. We also paid $200+ for the aqua cabana only to find that other people on it and they let them use it for free.

Had a wonderful time at Grassy Flats. The room and grounds were very clean. Our room had a nice size fridge, couch, desk, dresser, TV and even a blow dryer. Everything to accommodate us for a week! Grounds were quaint with a very nice pool and hot tub in adults section. Dining on site was fabulous, but also closed Tuesday and Wednesday (along with most things near by) which made it a little difficult for dinners, etc. Overall, I would definitely stay here again. The views alone were worth every penny! We wish the weather was a bit warmer to enjoy the kayaks, etc. Next time???

Not only is the location breathtaking but the staff and service are beyond compare. The attention to detail in the rooms is absolutely stunning. The hotel staff always have a smile on their faces and will help you at the drop of a dime. The kitchen and bar staff make the best food and drinks I’ve ever had and always seem to elevate their menu. Can’t wait to come back!

We stayed at the 3-Bedroom Conch House for two nights and loved the hotel! The apartment was spacious for 3 couples, came with all the essentials and cooking utensils. It has direct beach access with warm and calm water in mid January. There’s complementary paddle board, kayak, and board games at the front desk. Oli from the kayak station and Mia from front desk were particularly helpful.

Amazing stay. Great looking resort that's clean and romantic. Plenty of activities on site and others easy to get to nearby. Multiple food options at the resort, didn't have a bad meal the whole stay. Loved the live music at night too!

Clean, quiet and serene resort. If you're looking to relax and chill out completely then this is the place. The staff were all super nice and helpful. Absolutely gorgeous sunrise view. The property all around is beautiful. Our room was perfect and the views from the balcony were stunning! The food and drinks were excellent and the pool and hot tub were clean and relaxing. The store on the property was very well stocked and could cook up whatever you bought from them. Would highly recommend Grassy Flats resort.

we brought our entire family, 7 of us, with some repidation as we have never been here before. This has been one of the most enjoyable weeks ever. The weather was perfect, the facilities excellent, and the restaurant in the resort was the best of all the places we tried by far. The staff was very helpful, the kayak is free,and there is a very well stocked Market right in the property where you can get coffee, snacks, and whatever you might need, all of which you can charge to the room. Perfect place and although it is quite small, it was never crowded ( over the Christmas break time) So obviously we highly recommend this resort!

Easily one of the biggest hidden gems on Marathon Key … literally hidden because aside from the non-descript sign on the highway, the dense tropical foliage hides the place! Get past that and you find a first-class resort, dense beautiful tropical gardens, great staff, all the perks one wants in a Keys resort… pool, bar, water sports, super nice/clean rooms, plenty of parking! Mia helped us check in and gave us the property tour, did a great job… thanks Mia. Complimentary prosecco upon check-in! Nice little gift shop at the office. The resident cat Wilma will follow you around, so be aware, she’ll join you for bed! Family and adults sides to the resort, which is nice. Only had one night this time around, but we’ll be back for sure! Highly recommend!

This place is the keys best kept secret. The views, pool, vibes, and staff are all amazing. We cannot wait to come back. Our room was clean and comfortable and I attached a pic of our view! Thank you so much for having us!

Amazing resort. Everything was on point. The service the staff, everyone was very helpful and happy to tell us about the key and recommend beaches, restaurants, activities. Room was perfect! Quiet clean and well decorated. And the pool was a delight! Thanks for taking great care of us. ?
