Great place to stay. Great location, views and things to do. Property offers kayaks and bikes to use for free. The heated pool is wonderful. They have a private beach, plenty of chairs, picnic table, hammocks, corn hole, ping pong, shuffle board and a park onsite. Boat docking area, covered free parking. Everything is great: no issues.

This place has potential!!!! Room is dirty, it needs a deep clean. Dust everywhere vents , base boards, fans, outlets and Furniture. Toilet bowl needed to be clean. Shower had sand in it. Had a smell. We tried to tell the front desk lady but wasn’t trying to hear it!!!!! Overall I would never stay here again!!! Also, towels need to be replaced. Smh

The deluxe room as described on Expedia is not at all what we expected. Said it was a deluxe room we had a room the was smaller then a one bedroom apartment and we had to climb a flight off stairs to get to the room which also was more mentioned. I personally wouldn't stay at the property again.

We booked the deluxe ocean view. They updated a few things but not fully remodeled. According to Expedia we should have had a walk in shower, it was a tub shower. The top blanket on bed looked not clean. So ocean views with walk in shower I would like to know what they call them if we have a deluxe. For 5 day stay @ $1666.00 it should be the best, not a step in bathtub with a broken soap holder.

Really great place!! Rooms are very clean (great cleaning staff), perfect honestly. Theres kayaks for you to use, and we did thank you and/or bikes you can use. We are a mile or 2 south of Robbies so I enjoyed a grouper sandwich. I hope to come back, I am enjoying myself. Nice people all around. Thank you

Been vacationing here for 25 years. Owners keep everything clean and updated. We go in September and avoid the summer crowds. A real comfortable place.

The good: Location is really good. Close to local places. Affordable but check around. The bad: The smell from rotting trash on the shore at low tide was really bad, high tide was better. The room was OK, no extras so bring everything.

The room had a musty smell when we got in, but after running the AC and dehumidifier it went away. The pictures were professionally done, and they look better than the reality. We had an apartment with living room, small kitchenette and bedroom. The bed was very comfortable. The AC was not central and very noisy. We had to shut it to sleep, leaving only the overhead fan, because the AC was blowing hard into the bed. The refrigerator was new, 3/4 size, with plenty of room. The bathroom was tiny, but the shower was great: the hot water came fast. The signs about the rules have a "negative vibe". The pool looks new, but the water was a little cloudy. We had trouble opening the front door. Once we actually spent 15 minutes trying to open it. Then the next day it worked fine! The check out was at 10am, so we could not enjoy the last day and decided to go straight home

This is a terrific little resort. Quiet, clean, safe, and perfect if you have a boat to dock, kids to entertain, or just want an oasis in the middle of the Florida Keys. It's not fancy, but it's comfy like family.

Perfect place to relax. Or fish. Or swim. Great price for the property. Comfortable beds even the pull out couch was firm mattress. Highly recommend !
