We had a great experience staying here! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. Even welcomed us with a nice cold beverage! The pool/hot tub area is very relaxing and clean. Free coffee in the morning! Location was great 10 minute drive to the main spots (duval street, southern most point, Mallory square) 15-20 min walk. Overall great experience and would definitely stay again!

This place was fabulous! Hot tub, Pool and common areas to hang and relax. The room was nicely pointed but a tad small. Beds comfy and room was clean.

we loved the location and the cozy nature of Eden House, and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. Katie and Billy at the Tiki bar were awesome. The rooms are small, which was expected. However, at almost $600 per night, we also expected a comfortable bed and some attempt at modernizing the in-room experiences, such as convenient plugs for phones, decent lighting, and a modernized shower. Overall a disappointment.

Great place to stay. Very helpful staff. Clean cozy rooms (a little bit small) with great bed and bedding. They keep the old Key West vibe going. Pool area is just right size. Located just a walk away from downtown (Duval St) close to boating adventures or just taking it easy .

The Eden House is a Key West oasis. Walking distance to the marina, cafes and Duval Street. This tropical paradise has a large pool, hot tub, tiki bar, hammocks, swings, outdoor showers and beautiful landscaping. The property is well maintained and super clean. They even have their own parking lot and restaurant right next door, and you can rent bicycles as well. Fresh fruit and coffee in the cute lobby everyday. There are many types of rooms, we had a party of 4 and rented a suite towards the rear of the property, it had a large private bedroom and a pullout couch in the living room with a vaulted ceiling, as well as a kitchen and full sized fridge and a large bathroom. This place is a gem. Super nice! The accommodations were perfect! An awesome Key West experience!

This was our first time visiting Key West. After looking at dozens of places online, I chose Eden House and I'm so glad I did! My wife loves this place! We have been so happy here. We were only here for 4 days but this was one of the most pleasant stays we've ever had. The staff is beyond amazing! From Jenna at the front desk to all of the staff who are there in a moment if you need them. The property is maintained in pristine condition. The pool is spotless as is the hot tub. There is music playing at a comfortable volume all day long. We asked to see some of the other rooms that were unoccupied. Each room here has its own distinct flavor. Nothing is the same. This will make return trips more exciting and more distinctive. Staying at this hotel has been the highlight of our Florida trip. The next time we book a trip to Key West we will definitely be staying here! I couldn't recommend this any higher than five stars. For the amenities and the staff, the location and the price, you couldn't ask for anything more.

This hotel is a scam. They advertise rooms with queen size beds that are clearly full size at best. I actually measured the bed and it was far smaller. On top of that the room is almost closet sized with an exposed shower and sink which makes it feel very humid in the room. There's barely enough space between the bed and wall to walking into the room. The shower also hadn't been cleaned with a piece of old soap stuck to the floor and bug crawling under the pillow when i moved it.. I brought it to the attention of the man working the front desk who first told me it was a queen. The GM came on later that evening and admitted that it wasn't a queen and offered us a slightly larger rom but same size bed. Again the sink was in the room and it was stuffy and humid which made it hard to sleep more than four hours. I canceled the room after one night and tried to get my money back, but they've refused. Do not stay at this hotel. This is basically a hostel with hotel prices, $260 a night in my case/

I took my wife to Key West for her 50th. When they realized it was her BD, we arrived to our room and was greeted to a complimentary bottle of champagne which was a nice little touch. I bought their smallest room, which was small of course, but we didn't plan on spending much time in the room so that wasn't important to me. The room was very clean and it was certainly nice and well cared for. The whole property was nice and clean as well. the pool was clean and there were always fresh towels and water coolers for filling up our water bottles which we used frequently and very much was appreciated. The price was right and I'm really glad I chose this place and I will definitely stay here again the next time I'm in Key West. Thank you Eden House!

Our stay started out really well - we arrived early and they were able to accommodate an early check in - but once the excitement of that wore off, we realized the room we were in (a tiny room with a shared patio and feet from the pool bar) was not the room we reserved (a much bigger room on the second floor on the opposite side of the hotel with a porch). When I made an inquiry about it, the guy at the front desk tried to convince me that the room we paid for and the room we were in, were the same room. I showed him pictures of the two from the site -- he still tried to say that they were the same rate - but he promised to look into it. After about 24 hours, they did switch us to the room we originally reserved. They also sent up a bottle of wine and a note of apology, which was nice, but we didn't end up drinking it - for me, it just reminded me that we'd had to raise a small fuss about the mistake. We *should have* made a thing about staying in a room for a night that was definitely a lower price than what we paid, but at that point, we just wanted to move on. The whole thing wasn't terribly conducive to relaxing but we managed to let it mostly go and enjoy ourselves. In any event, the bed was comfortable, the AC amazing (and needed in the mid- August heat) and the pool (and pool bar) very enjoyable. I don't think we'd ever return to this property but it is a nice place - as long as you double/triple check that the room you reserve is the room you actually get (and are charged for).

We loved our stay 819/25-8/22/25. We requested a change in rooms due to pool speaker in front of our room. We were quickly assigned a different room and loved our stay. The grounds and pool are wonderful. The location is great and the staff are friendly and helpful. My wife and I will definitely book our next stay in Key West at the Eden House.
