Hyatt Centric Key West Resort & Spa is the perfect holiday spot if you’re looking to relax and soak in the island vibe. The entire staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The turtles and the macaw on the property were a huge hit with the kids and added a fun, unique touch to the experience. The rooms are bright and airy, and sitting on the balcony while hearing the ocean breeze is simply wonderful. The location is another big plus, it’s within easy walking distance to Mallory Square, making it perfect for catching the famous sunset, and there are plenty of great places to eat nearby. We also enjoyed the food and service at Four Flamingos, which was excellent and a great option right at the resort. Overall, a fantastic place to stay in Key West for a relaxing and memorable getaway.

Rooms are incredibly expensive for what they are. On the plus side, they're large and roomy. On the negative side, they're old and run down. Bathroom fixtures were rusty, tile is coming off, etc. Service was generally friendly, though not super fast. We were initially assigned a room along the parking lot which was loud and not good. Front desk moved us to a much nicer room which was appreciated. Kudos there (though getting a nice room to start would have been better). Location was excellent. Pretty much unbeatable. And the pool and Jacuzzi are quite nice. In summary, go for the location and the people, if not the rooms.

We got married here in November. When we started looking for a location, I immediately had a connection with Kelsey the wedding director. She and her team are the absolute best! They were so accommodating with everything! We can’t say enough good things about them. The resort is in the best location to all things Key West! Definitely choose an ocean view room you will not be disappointed. The sunsets from our balcony were breathtaking!

We rented bicycles and road around Key West we were able to enjoy the pier, the beach chairs, and the close proximity to all of the restaurants, bars, excursions, and fun. they also have jet skis, golf carts to rent so you have everything there you need. On our checkout, they call us a taxi to go back to the airport. It was seamless. Thank you very much. Have a great time. See you next year!

Great place to stay. My husband and I did a spur of the moment trip to Key West without even booking a room. When we arrived, Shantell (Zimbabwe,) was the young lady who checked us in. We explained to her that we were on a spontaneous trip, had packed for the mountains, but ended up in Key West with zero reservations. We asked for a room with a balcony and a view of the water-- and she delivered!! She definitely made sure we had what we were looking for, because we walked into our room to be surprised with TWO balconies-- one overlooking the water and one overlooking the business area. After she checked us in, she gave us each a complimentary Pina colada and made sure we had everything we needed for a wonderful stay! Our room was huge-- and beautiful! Very modern, bright and clean. Our room was alao equipped with a Nespresso Machine, fridge, couch and large screen smart tv-- and since my husband prefers coffee over Espresso, housekeeping hooked us up with a Keurig also. They do have options to rent golf carts, bikes and scooters here. We rented a golf cart and had zero problems or issues. Highly recommend staying here! And shout out to Shantell for making sure we had the best room there!

Perfect. From the moment I showed up it was perfect. Amy at front desk was very welcoming helping me with parking and introducing me to wildlife on property. The restaurant was amazing. Andy the host so kind and interesting got my beverage service right away and remembered my name. Harry the server fantastic.. so kind and great service. Thank you Serina the manager for stopping by too. The food and view was perfect.

We stayed here a few weekends ago. We were only offered a paid upgrade option, but not an upgrade based on status. That's not the end of the world as we are only Discoverists. I don't expect an auto upgrade. Just offering that as a data point rather than a complaint. The rooms look a loooooooot nicer in the photos lets say that! My room was very dark and dingey. It looks modern in the photos but felt rather dated inside. If it was a bit brighter and less musty, maybe it would not feel that way. I think our room was 308. It was very mildew-musty smelling in there. Parking is pricey. The pool and jacuzzi were nice. If you are looking for a place to stay for the boat race in Nov this is a good location to watch some of the race, so I will say that. We were there that weekend (albeit not because of the race). We booked this stay with Hyatt points and honestly considering the 45K pts/night price tag i was expecting a lot more. You can book some of the most lovely luxury Hyatt properties at that point price (Andaz Maui, Park Hyatt Vienna, etc...) so unless you are just looking for a way to stay here for a big event and otherwise can't pay the cash price, I would not advise spending your hard earned hyatt points here. We would not have been here if not for a wedding that weekend where everything was over-priced to begin with because of that boat race.

Agree with the overall ratings online for the Hyatt Centric, Key West. Nice hotel with nice rooms, overall good accommodations. Staff were very friendly, helpful, provided prompt service. Nice pool area, with a bar next-door serving decent food. There are a few small pools where they keep rescued freshwater turtles, which are fun to feed! Location right next to the marina is very good, and allows easy access throughout Key West on foot. We enjoyed our stay there, and would go back!

A neat and comfortable resort located on Front Street right in the heart of Key West within walking distance from all amenities. The rooms were clean and adequate and there is a pool on site. There is also a well stocked gym for those looking to do some exercise. Water is provided in aluminium bottles and they have refilling stations. They have rescued turtles on the resort for interest and amusement. Only down point is that they do not offer any vegetarian options on the restaurant menu. They champion a top class chef so they could at least cater for those with restricted diets. This was a theme throughout Key West.

Wonderful place located right at the end of the strip. Quiet and relaxing vibes. We rented a scooter on site and also took a guided jet ski tour on site. The turtles and parrot were a joy to see each day. Room was clean and staff was very friendly. They were able to get us in a room earlier then expected as our flight landed at 9am. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip.
