The hotel is at a good location, the staff is friendly enough. There is a lady that makes omelets to order for breakfast. There is free off-street parking, which is a plus. But the layout is very strange, the rooms are around a courtyard. There are elevators at three of the corners, I drew the room furtherest from any elevator on the third floor so not happy with that.

The staff is excellent and the property is clean and well-kept. The $60+ “resort” fee is unnecessary and i received absolutely no value from it. The continental breakfast was not what I was expecting at all. I’ve had better at most any Marriott. The pool was nice, but why am I being charged for the use of the pool and breakfast when I’m already paying $500.00 night for a standard room. Seems like a money grab. I would suggest reviewing this fee. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay and would not discourage anyone from staying here.

The rooms are nice, with a big bed, a balcony with views overlooking the main road but still quiet, there's a pool in the middle, and very polite staff. I came here for the half marathon and also to shop in tourist shops. The hotel is conveniently located within 15 minutes walking distance from the start of the race, the tourist shops on Duvall Street, all sorts of bars and also restaurants. There was a complimentary bottle of champagne in the room when we arrived. Great place, I would recommend for anybody wanting to experience a Key West vacation.

Pros: conveniently located. Breakfast w/ omelet bar. Salt water heated pool. Cons: filthy rooms. Walk around the room and your feet/socks get BLACK. yall need to mop the room. And i know yall dont because the cleaning crew doesn't even have a mop bucket with them. Wifi DOES NOT work IN THE ROOM. I dont like how I have to walk outside the room to get service or wifi. The wifi they even offer doesn't work.

A Fantastic Stay at Silver Palms Inn! I had a truly wonderful experience at Silver Palms Inn. From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional—every staff member was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The room was spotless, the beds were super comfortable, and I felt right at home. I had a wonderful stay here and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. The location is very central, making it easy to reach restaurants, shops, and all the main attractions. The staff were friendly, helpful, and professional, always ready to assist with anything I needed. The room was clean and comfortable, and the cleaning staff did a great job keeping everything spotless throughout my stay. Also, having free parking big advantage Everything went smoothly, and I didn’t experience any issues at all. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would happily stay here again in the future.

The property is very welcoming, clean, and well maintained. The rooms are spacious, bright, and equipped with all comforts. Great location, close to the center but still quiet. The staff was kind and helpful, always ready to assist. Breakfast was varied and of good quality. A pleasant and relaxing stay, perfect to enjoy the Key West experience.

Stayed 3 nights. Great location. Nice clean rooms. Staff were extremely helpful and attentive. Omelet lady was lovely. Makes them to order. Great breakfast. Didn’t use pool but it was immaculately clean. The reception staff went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Housekeeping staff were wonderful. Highly recommended!

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 5 nights in February. It is very well priced, clean rooms that are decently sized with a balcony, and the staff was very helpful and kind. The location was wonderful. They offer bikes you can rent which made it extremely easy to get to the beach and Duval Street. Even without the bikes, it's very walkable. The pool was cool and just what we needed to wind down during the day. The continental breakfast was okay, left some to be desired, but a nice quick and free option for the mornings. We are planning to return to Key West again next year and are planning on staying here again! Cannot beat it for that price. I highly recommend!!

My husband and I have been coming here for four years and it’s always great. The rooms are great, the service from the staff is very welcoming and friendly, the omelette in the morning our great as well and overall it’s just a wonderful experience. We really enjoy the pool and the location. It’s also very quiet unlike most other hotels near Duvall, where you can’t get a good nights sleep because of all the noise. We sleep so good here.
