Stayed here for our 25th anniversary trip. The hotel was absolutely beautiful! The rooms were spacious enough for the two of us, clean & comfortable. The staff were always friendly & helpful. They went out of their way to make our anniversary trip feel special. The location on Duval Street is perfect being pretty much right at the midpoint so it was an easy walk for both North & South Duval. We ate breakfast in the hotel every morning & honestly was one of the best meals of the week! Had a nightcap in the bar pretty much every night too & the Signature Mojito & Papa's Old Fashioned were some the best cocktails I've ever had.

We had an amazing stay from beginning to end. The newly renovated hotel is beautiful. We enjoyed all the amenities, including the mojito tasting, pool, and bicycles which are included in our stay. The bar hands down has the freshest and tastiest craft cocktails in Key West. The Cuban sandwich was also amazing, which is saying a lot coming from Tampa natives. The location is central to everything on Duval and a quick bike ride to the beach. Max the bellman was super helpful with the bikes and getting us transportation to the airport and Jennifer was very accommodating and took us for an impromptu tour to visit their gorgeous concierge level rooms. We will be coming back in the future!!

We had such a great stay at La Concha. The location is perfect and you really can’t beat being right in the middle of everything. The hotel has a fun vibe but still feels comfortable and relaxed. Our room was clean, the staff was welcoming, and overall it just made the trip easy and enjoyable. Huge shout out to Felix on the engineering team for jumping on a couple small issues we had and fixing them quickly. He was professional, friendly, and made sure everything was taken care of right away. That kind of service makes a big difference. German at the pool bar was awesome. Great drinks, great personality, and he definitely helped set the tone for some fun afternoons. And Christian at the lobby bar was great. Super friendly, attentive, and makes a great drink. Such a good dude.

Amazing Stay at La Concha I recently had an incredible experience at La concha from 2/12/26 to 2/15/26 and I can’t stop raving about it. This was one of the best hotel stays I’ve had, thanks to exceptional service, comfortable accommodations, and thoughtful touches that made our trip truly memorable. The Moment We Arrived Warm and efficient check-in. The Room Suite 562, impeccably clean with a modern, calming design. Comfortable bed with premium linens and a flawless climate control system. Spectacular view, of the pool area. Dining and Amenities Breakfast: With the most amazing service from Geraldine was top notch

If you're wanting to be right in the middle of the action and walking distance to all of Duval St, this is the place to be. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room left a little something to be desired for the price point, but it's not a new hotel so set expectations accordingly despite the notes of recent remodel work. I had a room with a balcony overlooking Duval street which came with equal amounts of people watching and the resulting noise. The pool is nice, but very small so get there early to get a chair. No regrets for the stay, but will entertain other options for my next trip.

We stayed at La Concha for the second time in January 2026, four years after our first visit. Apparently the hotel was extensively renovated since our first visit, particularly the lobby and bar, but the rest of the hotel seemed pretty much unchanged. The room we stayed in was nice but small and faced the pool, which meant it was nice and quiet at night. The room could have used a bit of a facelift, though...a little mildew remover in the shower, tighten up the toilet bowl seat/cover, fix the rickety bathroom barn door that sounded like you were breaking it every time it was open or closed. Otherwise, the staff were wonderful and friendly. Their bar advertises their mojito was voted best on Key West, but it's far from the best I had all weekend. Excellent location, walkable to everything you'd want to see or do in Key West.

This was our second stay at La Concha Key West, and our first since the recent remodel. Overall, the updates really elevate the property and give it a more modern, refreshed feel while still keeping that classic Key West charm. The rooms felt clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully updated, with nicer finishes and a brighter, more inviting atmosphere than we remembered from our first stay. The common areas and lobby especially benefit from the remodel and feel much more upscale and welcoming. The pool and bar area are smaller than you'd probably expect, but a great break from your day's activities. Location continues to be one of La Concha’s biggest strengths — right in the heart of Duval Street, making it incredibly easy to walk to restaurants, shops, and attractions. Despite being so central, the hotel still felt like a comfortable retreat after a busy day out. Close to Mathesseson's, CVS, Walgreens and lots of great eats, too! Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and check-in and check-out were smooth. We stayed with our Marriott rewards and enjoyed a late checkout benefit. Overall, love the La Concha!

Very special stay in a historic hotel in Key West. We stayed on the 7th floor facing west and were treated to incredible sunsets every night. The concierge host on that floor, Jennifer, was delightful, welcoming and took extraordinary care of us. Bartenders were terrific and extra nice to the hotel guests. The hotel itself is beautiful, but the rooms, elevator & equipment were very dated with deferred maintenance type issues - less surprised & annoyed knowing how centrally located you are in a historic part of town.

Our stay at La Concha Hotel from August 1st–August 3rd was extremely disappointing and completely unacceptable. We booked three rooms, and all three had serious issues. None of the rooms had working air conditioning, making the stay unbearable. We also found roaches in the rooms, which is unacceptable and concerning from a cleanliness standpoint. On top of that, the toilets were not flushing properly in the rooms, creating an unsanitary and frustrating experience. We brought these issues to the attention of management during our stay. Due to the conditions, the manager agreed to refund one night for all three rooms and stated they would notify Booking.com to process the refund. However, this has still not been done. Months later, we are still fighting to receive the refund, despite continued attempts to contact the manager and follow up through Booking.com. The lack of accountability and follow-through has made an already terrible stay even more frustrating. For a hotel that claims to be a luxury property, this level of maintenance failure and poor customer service is shocking. I would not recommend staying here until these serious issues — and their handling of guest concerns — are properly addressed.

I recently stayed at La Concha Key West, Autograph Collection for my mom's 60th birthday, and our experience was nothing short of amazing. From the moment I reached out prior to our stay, the concierge, Jennifer Robino, went above and beyond to make this celebration truly special. Jennifer personally welcomed us upon arrival, gave us a wonderful tour of the property and ensured every detail was perfect. She even decorated the room with birthday decor and included all of my mom's favorite items; it was such a thoughtful touch that made us feel incredibly valued and at home. Her warmth, professionalism and attention to detail were unmatched and she truly made our stay memorable. The property itself is stunning; beautifully maintained and located in the perfect part of Key West, making it easy to explore and enjoy the area. Thank you to Jennifer and the entire team, this trip exceed all expectations! We will absolutely be back and highly recommend La Concha Key West to anyone looking for an exceptional experience.
